Pedro is a registered pharmacist with the Portuguese Pharmaceutical Society, post-graduated in advanced cosmetology. Driven by a deep sense of professional responsibility, he ensures every formulation meets the highest regulatory and safety standards.

Introducing sommelier wilian botignon
Wilian Botignon’s journey began in São Paulo, Brazil, where he graduated in Gastronomy in 2008. Drawn by an early passion for wine, he completed his formal Sommelier training in 2011 and immediately stepped into the world of fine dining, taking on roles as head sommelier and restaurant manager across renowned establishments in São Paulo.
His dedication and refined palate earned him notable recognition: for three consecutive years — 2015, 2016, and 2017 — he received the Melhores do Vinho (Best in Wine) award from the esteemed Brazilian publication Prazeres da Mesa, gastronomy and wine culture magazine. Alongside his restaurant leadership, he also offered consultancy services to elevate wine experiences in various venues.
In 2017, Wilian brought his expertise to Lisbon, where he continues to lead as head sommelier and restaurant manager, seamlessly weaving his love for wine into the local gastronomic scene. Since 2024, he has also been a member of the wine judging panel for Grandes Escolhas, a distinguished Portuguese magazine dedicated to wine, gastronomy, and lifestyle.
At The Nose Lab, Wilian’s rich background finds a new expression, guiding guests through immersive wine experiences that merge tasting with the evocative world of perfumery, refining not just the palate — but the memory of scent itself.

All sessions are private and guided by an expert perfumer and sommelier.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for groups (wine experiences) or during busy periods.

Yes. All ingredients and perfumes comply with European Union (EU) Cosmetic Regulations and IFRA Standards, also they are developed under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
